1. Who we are

yourpass.online is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], an independent publisher and affiliate marketer. We publish informational pages about educational events, conferences and programmes run by third-party organisers, and we link to those organisers' own registration pages.

2. How we are compensated

We participate in affiliate programmes operated by event organisers and other companies. When you click a link on this site and then register for an event, request information, or buy a product or service from that company, we may be paid.

Compensation can take these forms:

• Commission on a sale — a percentage or fixed amount when a purchase is made.
• Payment per registration or lead — a fee when someone signs up for a free event or requests information.
• Recurring commission — where the organiser sells a subscription or a payment plan.
• Commission on later purchases — where an organiser credits us for products the same person buys after the first referral.

Assume that any outbound link on this site may be an affiliate link, whether or not it is individually labelled. Affiliate links are marked in our page code with rel="sponsored".

3. What this costs you

Nothing. Our commission is paid by the organiser out of their own revenue. Registering through our link does not raise your price, change the terms you are offered, or alter what you receive. Where an event is free to attend, it remains free to you.

4. What it does and does not influence

We want to be straightforward about this rather than claim an independence we do not have.

It does influence which events we cover. We write about events that have an affiliate programme. There are many worthwhile events we do not cover because there is no commercial relationship. This site is not a survey of the market and does not claim to be.

It does not change the facts we publish. Speaker biographies, dates, agendas and formats are described as accurately as we can establish them from the organiser's materials and public sources. We do not invent credentials, fabricate results or publish claims about earnings, and we correct errors when they are pointed out.

5. We are not the organiser

This site is not the official website of any event, organiser or speaker described on it. We do not organise, host, fund or run these events. We do not process registrations, take payment or issue tickets, and we have no control over the programme, the schedule or what is said during a session.

Your contract for any event is with the organiser, under their terms. Questions about registration, access, refunds, cancellations or the content of a session must go to the organiser, not to us.

6. Speakers and endorsements

Speaker names, photographs and biographies are used to identify who is presenting at an event. Their appearance on this site does not mean that the speaker has reviewed, approved, endorsed or is affiliated with this site or with us.

Trademarks, logos and book titles belonging to organisers, speakers or publishers remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.

7. Paid advertising

We promote this site through paid advertising on third-party platforms, including search and social networks. Advertising costs are our own and are not passed on to you. Those platforms set cookies and receive data about your interaction with our pages; this is explained in our Privacy Policy.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc. or any of their subsidiaries.

8. How referrals are tracked

Outbound links carry an affiliate reference in the URL. When you follow one, the organiser records that reference — usually in a cookie in your browser — so that a later registration can be credited to us. The organiser may report back to us that a referral converted, so that commission can be verified and paid.

This tracking is operated by the organiser under their own privacy policy, which applies from the moment you leave this site.

9. No guarantee of results

Being compensated for a referral is not a statement about what an event will do for you. We make no promise, projection or guarantee of income, profit, business results or financial outcomes of any kind, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
